About Dagobert Nitzsche

Dagobert studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. After his legal clerkship, he completed his doctorate on the subject of commercial financing of legal costs under Prof. Dr. Michael Coester at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He has been practicing as a lawyer since 2000. Before joining avocado in 2024, he worked for many years as a partner at a renowned large German law firm in Munich.

Dagobert has been advising national and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law for more than 20 years, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisitions, mergers and takeovers, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Another focus of his advisory practice includes real estate transactions.
