From 5 to 7 October 2026, EXPO REAL will once again take place in Munich. As Europe’s leading trade fair for real estate and investment, it provides a central platform for discussing current developments, trends and challenges across the entire real estate lifecycle – from project conception and financing to development, operation and use.

With the “InfrastructureNow” forum, EXPO REAL is expanding its focus for the first time to include investable infrastructure. Key areas include energy, digital and social infrastructure, as well as dialogue between investors, developers, operators, financiers, municipalities and policymakers.
