Lucia Patrizzi advises in the areas of commercial law, real estate law and litigation, also in English, Italian and French.
In the field of commercial tenancy law, her main areas of expertise are the drafting and review of commercial lease contracts, legal advice on the conclusion of lease contracts, amendments and the settlement of lease contracts, disputes in ongoing lease contracts (maintenance, reduction of rent, rent adjustment and review of utility bills) as well as litigation in commercial tenancy disputes. She also advises clients on the German Condominium Act (WEG).
Furthermore, she focuses on the legal support of M&A transactions (in particular the purchase and sale of real estate and companies).
Lucia Patrizzi studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. She spent her legal traineeship, among others, at avocado rechtsanwälte and in the white-collar crime department of the Federal Criminal Police Office. As part of her studies, Lucia Patrizzi completed a semester abroad at the University of Milan.
