Christian studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. After completing his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, he wrote his doctoral thesis on legal issues of the GmbH with Prof. Dr. Wolfram Timm at the University of Münster. Since 1991 he has been practicing as a lawyer. Prior to founding the Frankfurt office in 1998 as a partner, he worked for several years for a renowned large German law firm in Frankfurt and Brussels.

Christian regularly advises medium-sized companies as well as national and international corporate groups on all issues of corporate and commercial law, in particular in the context of transactions and re-organisations. He also specialized in Real Estate Transactions. He provides legal advice to several banks, e.g. in financing or in litigation, in particular regarding consultancy liability or prospect liability.
Christian is distinguished through publications and seminars on corporate law.
