Our Chinese Desk offers comprehensive advice on all matters arising in connection with your entry into the German market. Our counsel Pey-Fen Fuh, LL.M. is a native speaker in Mandarin and Taiwanese. She is also fluent in German and English. She has studied law in Taiwan and in Germany and is admitted to the German bar. For many years, she has been practicing in Germany. This long-standing experience is available to our clients as well as the strong personal involvement of our managing partner, Dr. Christian Berger. In outbound transactions and projects, we cooperate closely with our partner firms in China, Taiwan and other areas in Asia.
