avocado rechtsanwälte has advised Acteon Group Ltd., a UK-headquartered global offshore energy services group, on German-law aspects of the sale of Menck, Acteon’s Marine Foundations business line, to Cadeler A/S.

The transaction involved the sale of the Menck business across Germany, the UK, Australia, as well as Singapore and was completed simultaneously with signing. The acquisition will expand Cadeler’s offshore wind foundation transportation and installation capabilities and combine Menck’s specialist engineering expertise with Cadeler’s offshore installation platform. Menck will continue to operate as a standalone business under Cadeler’s ownership.
