The Charter is an initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions, which was launched under the patronage of former German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
By signing, avocado rechtsanwälte would like to support these goals and to advocate for diversity and tolerance in the working world and the appreciation of all employees, regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender, physical and mental abilities, religion and ideology, sexual orientation and social background.

In 2021, avocado rechtsanwälte already supported the nationwide competition „Successful Women in Medium-Sized Businesses“ as a sponsor, which was organised by the Rhineland-Palatinate Women‘s Council in cooperation with the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
