About Ervis Caja

Ervis studied law in Augsburg. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he worked at one of the largest German commercial law firms, in the legal department of a major international bank and in the litigation and arbitration team of a German global corporation.

He also worked as a research assistant at the University of Augsburg from 2018 to 2020.

Ervis has been admitted to the German Bar since 2020. From 2020 to 2025, he was a lawyer in a leading and renowned commercial law firm specializing in private construction law.

His clients primarily include construction companies, private and public clients and project developers in the fields of civil engineering and building construction, renewable energies, architectural and engineering law and commercial law.

He advises on all issues related to construction contract law, architects‘ and engineers‘ law and on the enforcement and defence of claims both out-of-court and before the courts. He also advises on commercial law and the law of renewable energies.

Ervis joined avocado rechtsanwälte as Counsel since 2025.
