Karin Deichmann studied law at Georg-August University in Göttingen, then completed an LL.M. at the University of Cape Town and earned her doctorate in Göttingen. She completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal. She has been practicing law since 2021.
She is a certified specialist in public procurement law and provides comprehensive advice to public contracting authorities and companies on public commercial law, particularly regarding the design and implementation of procurement procedures in the IT and healthcare sectors. She also has many years of experience in conducting emergency medical services tenders. Additionally, she assists bidders in review proceedings and in preparing legally sound bids. Furthermore, she has expertise in matters related to state aid and grant law.
