About Christina Riedl

Christina is a lawyer specialised in corporate law and M&A. The main focus of her work is  the representation  of nationally and internationally operating small and medium-sized companies and corporate groups of all commercial and industrial sectors in cross-border transactions, restructuring, strategic alliances and joint ventures in all aspects of project organisation, negotiations and contract drafting. She also advises clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law in their day-to-day business. She is certified specialist attorney in commercial and corporate law (Fachanwältin für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht) and a member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce located in Germany. Due to a good knowledge of the Swedish language, a particular focus is on advising Swedish companies. 

Christina studied law at the universities of Augsburg and Lund (Sweden). After completing her legal clerkship in Darmstadt and Berlin, she worked as a lawyer in a German commercial law firm from 2008 until the end of 2023. She holds an LL.M. of the University of Lund in Sweden and was appointed a doctor of law at Philipps-University Marburg.
