About Ann-Kathrin Reißler

Ann-Kathrin is a lawyer specialised in German corporate law and M&A. The main focus of her work is the representation of a wide range of nationally and internationally operating small and medium-sized companies and corporate groups from all sectors in cross-border transactions, restructuring, strategic alliances and joint ventures in all aspects of project organisation, negotiations and contract drafting.

Furthermore, she assists national and international start-up companies as well as private clients operating in various industrial sectors regarding the aspects of incorporation. She also advises clients on an ongoing basis in all matters of commercial and corporate law. 

Ann-Kathrin studied law at the University of Augsburg (2011 - 2016). After her legal clerkship in Neu-Ulm/Memmingen and Munich (2016 - 2018), she was admitted to the German Bar Association in 2018. In the period from 2018 to 2023, she practised as a lawyer in a large German law firm in the field of corporate and M&A. She joined the avocado team in 2024.
